Terms of service

1. General Terms
   1.1 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Sacred Roots Global ("we", "our", or "us") and the customer ("you" or "your") for all orders and transactions.
   1.2 This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to UK wholesale regulations.
   1.3 Sacred Roots Global only works with individuals and brands directly. All agreements must be signed by a designated, responsible individual.

2. Confirming the Order
   2.1 Orders are confirmed only upon the completion of the official order form and full payment of the invoice.
   2.2 Payment in full is required upfront to secure and process the order. Goods will be shipped or made available for collection only after payment is successfully received.
   2.3 All products are certified halal, pure, and safe for consumption.
   2.4 A minimum order value may apply, which will be communicated during the ordering process.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
   3.1 Cancellations must be requested in writing and are subject to approval by Sacred Roots Global.
   3.2 If cancellation occurs 28 days or more before the delivery date and no costs have been incurred, Sacred Roots will retain 20% of the total payment to cover administrative overheads.
   3.3 Cancellations made less than 28 days before the delivery date are non-refundable.
   3.4 Refunds will only be issued after deducting costs already incurred by Sacred Roots Global.

4. Delivery and Liability
   4.1 Sacred Roots Global guarantees safe delivery only when goods are shipped using our logistics service.
   4.2 We are not responsible for damage caused during transit when external logistics are used.
   4.3 Shipping delays caused by third parties are outside of our control. We accept no liability for any loss of earnings due to delayed or incomplete delivery.
   4.4 Risk and title of goods transfer to the customer upon receipt of goods or transfer to a third-party delivery service.

5. Product Quality and Exchange Policy
   5.1 All products have been tested and certified safe for consumption.
   5.2 Sacred Roots Global does not offer exchanges.
   5.3 Returns are not accepted once goods have been sold.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
   6.1 All trademarks, branding, and proprietary information used in private labeling remain the intellectual property of the client.
   6.2 Unauthorised use of Sacred Roots Global branding is strictly prohibited.

7. Customer Responsibilities
   7.1 It is the customer's responsibility to market and sell their products. Sacred Roots Global does not guarantee commercial success and does not provide business advice.
   7.2 We may advise on best-selling items but accept no liability for sales performance.

8. Force Majeure
   8.1 Sacred Roots Global is not liable for delays or failure to fulfil obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or supply chain disruptions.

9. Confidentiality
   9.1 Any sensitive information shared between Sacred Roots Global and the customer will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
    10.2 Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Amendments
    11.1 Sacred Roots Global reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated in writing and require the agreement of both parties.

12. Damaged Goods
    12.1 Sacred Roots Global is not liable for damages caused during transit by third-party delivery services.
    12.2 Goods delivered using Sacred Roots logistics are guaranteed to arrive in good condition.
